FAQ
Fill the water tank completely with clean water and manually activate the air nozzles several times to remove any air from the system. This ensures optimal spray performance and flawless nozzle operation.
Clean pads ensure better cleaning performance. Especially for heavily soiled windows, the pads should be cleaned or replaced regularly.
No, the device requires a power connection. However, in case of a power outage, the robot can remain securely attached to the window for up to 30 minutes.
You can use either pure or distilled water. Alternatively, a pre-diluted cleaning solution is also suitable. Please do not use concentrates and always ensure the correct dilution.
To achieve an even cleaning result, start cleaning as close to the center of the window surface as possible.
The minimum window size is 35 × 35 cm. Smaller windows cannot be cleaned completely.
